Technical & Regulatory Compliance
What we can document, and how we keep every batch traceable from refinery to loading port.
REACH & SVHC
- REACH status is confirmed per substance before quotation. Registration status and tonnage band are stated in writing for each product.
- SVHC declaration: we provide a dated SVHC (>0.1% w/w) statement per batch on request, aligned to the current ECHA candidate list.
- Where a substance is not REACH-registered by our upstream producer, we declare this clearly and propose a registered equivalent.
Transport identification
- Transport identification: Identification and Classification Reports for Goods Transport (sea / air / road) are available for every product, issued by an accredited testing institute.
- Dangerous-goods classification (UN number, packing group, IMDG/IATA class) is stated on the SDS and shipping documents where applicable.
- Most products in our range are not classified for transport (non-dangerous goods under IMDG/IATA); an Identification and Classification Report for Goods Transport is provided per shipment.
Quality control & traceability
- Per-batch testing against the product specification (viscosity, density, pour point, flash point, water content) before release.
- Batch traceability: every drum/IBC carries a batch number linking back to the refinery lot and the QC certificate (CoA).
- CoA and batch report ship with the cargo and are emailed in PDF before vessel departure.
Customs & export documents
- Documents we issue: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, CoA, non-dangerous-goods certificate, insurance certificate (CIF).
- Import/export qualifications: customs consignor/consignee registration in place; export declarations handled by our licensed broker.
- EU labelling: drums and IBCs can be labelled in English with EU-compliant CLP pictograms where the product is classified.
