2. Data we collect and why

When you submit the inquiry form we process: your name, company name, business email address and the content of your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs record IP address, timestamp and user agent for security and abuse prevention, and are deleted after 30 days.

3. Recipients and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the site and answer inquiries (hosting provider, email delivery provider). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (Art. 44–49 GDPR).

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards for commercial follow-up, unless you request earlier deletion. Accounting-related records are kept for the statutory period.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
