MOQ & lead time
- MOQ: 1 IBC (1000 L) for base oils and coolants; 4 drums (800 L) for formulated fluids.
- Lead time: 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on grade and packaging.
- Annual framework contracts with scheduled call-offs are supported for repeat buyers.
Incoterms
- Supported terms: EXW, FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen), CIF, CFR, DAP (EU destinations).
- DAP door delivery to Poland, Germany, Netherlands and other EU countries via our forwarder.
- Payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or irrevocable L/C at sight for established accounts.
Packaging
- IBC (1000 L), new steel drums (200 L), 20 L pails; flexitank on request for base oils.
- Custom labelling in English / EU format, including private-label packaging under your brand.
- Palletised and shrink-wrapped loading; container loading photos provided before sealing.
Sample Service
- Free samples 1–5 L for evaluation; courier freight collect or prepaid and added to first order.
- Sample dispatched within 5–7 days with CoA of the sample batch.
Support
- Technical consultation on grade selection, compatibility and system filling, in English, by email or video call.
- Complaint handling: replacement or credit for any batch failing the agreed specification, backed by retained samples.
- Response commitment: within one business day (GMT+8).
