Eastern European lubricant blender

Challenge: Needed a stable PAO 4 supply to replace a European base-stock line that faced long lead times, without re-qualifying the finished-oil formula.
Approach: Supplied PAO 4 with a full typical-properties comparison against the incumbent base stock, three evaluation batches with CoA, and a framework contract with scheduled call-offs.
Outcome: Formula passed internal QC without adjustment; lead time shortened from 10 weeks to 4 weeks.

Data-centre immersion cooling project

Challenge: A high-density compute deployment required a single-phase dielectric fluid with verified material compatibility and a documented supply route into the EU.
Approach: Provided immersion fluid IC-3 with seal-compatibility matrix, batch CoA, transport identification and DAP delivery to site.
Outcome: System commissioned on schedule; fluid batch traceability accepted by the operator’s compliance review.

EV battery thermal-management manufacturer

Challenge: Required a low-conductivity, low-corrosion cold-plate coolant with consistent freeze protection at -35°C for export models.
Approach: Supplied CP-40 (PG/W 50/50) with per-batch reserve-alkalinity and corrosion test data, plus EU-format labelling.
Outcome: Passed 2,000 h bench corrosion testing; adopted as standard fill for two export platforms.
